2. We got our house on the market! Such a weird feeling to see that sign in my yard every day. No one really prepared me for how much work goes into putting a house on the market. You have to de-personalize. You have to clean out every nook and cranny and get rid of anything that could be interpreted as junk. I've kind of gone room by room. All the dust I stirred up put my allergies in a fit so by last Friday morning, I was miserable and exhausted. Too much sneezing and cleaning... not nearly enough sleep. We're having an open house this weekend to hopefully get some people interested in our home.
3. We're moving in less than 3 weeks. Crazy!!! I'm excited and sad all at the same time. There will be many tears this month.
4. I loved Blue Springs (the area where we'll be living). I told Ryan that even though it's weird that we're about to move there. It already feels right. Almost like home, although not yet. It was beautiful. So many trees and hills. I love it. The weather was great... I know I won't be singing this same praise in January, but for now the weather is great. :)
I know there were more updates, but it's late and I still have some straightening to do. (You also have to keep your house spotless the entire time it's on the market.) Our computer has also been out of commission, but it's better now, so I can update more regularly.
Until then...
