So sweet!

I just came upstairs (after putting another load of baby-poo clothes in the washer) to find Eva reading her "I'm a Big Sister" book to Eli. Seriously, how sweet is she? I love watching the relationship forming between those two. She always tells us how "cutie" he is and tries to help him play with his toys.

On a completely unrelated note, does anyone have a trick for getting the breastfed-baby-poo stains out of clothes? I'm afraid we're ruining clothes faster than he can grow out of them. And that is pretty fast! I've tried OxiClean and Borax, and that works fairly well, but only if I can get it in the washer A.S.A.P. and that's not always possible. I know some of you cloth diapering folks might have some suggestions.

I know what you mean about the stains on the clothes!! Greased Lightening All Purpose Cleaner...I use it for all things cleaning related...including getting stains out of clothes!! Yes, I sometimes have to treat it twice...but at least it comes out!! I buy Greased Lightening at Walmart...I've even seen it at Sams. Happy Washing...:)

your first commentor (or is it commenter...whatever) might have a better solution. the only thing i was going to add is that sometimes i would throw a good bit of oxiclean in some hot water and just soak the stained/dirty clothes in that for a while (like overnight or longer) and usually that would work. not always though.

and how sweet, eva's reading. very cute.

Spray N Wash usually does the trick for me, coupled with OxyClean and detergent at the time of washing. The best I've ever used was the Spray N Wash Dual Action - it took lawnmower grease out of Chuck's work pants on numerous occasions. The previous suggestion of soaking things in OxyClean for a while has worked for me too. Also, adding 1/2 to 1 cup of vinegar to the rinse cycle will help take out any interesting smells from clothes and the machine.
