For months, and months, and months my sweet girl has been asking me to have a campout with her. That always sounded so fun! However, I had a certain little baby boy who was convinced that he needed to be nursed at night until he was 14 months old. :) But alas, Isaac is finally sleeping through the night. Hip, hip, hooray!
Every other time Eva has asked, there have been reasons that I couldn't spend the night in her bed. But today when she got home from school, I told her that it was Girl Campout Night!
She is now very excited about staying up late like a grown-up. We have played Uno, colored pictures, and now we are ending the night with watching Ramona and Beezus. I'm pretty sure she is about to pass out from exhaustion, though. So we're going to call it a night and head downstairs!
She is my favorite girl in the world! :)
