Mom reported that the azalea bushes are in full bloom right now. That thrills my heart because it still looks like the dead of winter here in "Yankeeville". I know, I know... I'm not really far enough north to be a yankee. But as we say in south Louisiana, "If you live north of Alexandria, then you're a yankee." (I'm assuming that 95% of you reading this, don't have a clue where Alexandria, LA is... look it up.) :)
I can't guarantee a lot of updates in the next week because I'll be soaking it all up. But, if someone comes along and makes a full price offer on our house, then I'll certainly let you know!
Until then, pray for safe travels for me and the little one. I'm kind of anxious about maneuvering security and everything with her. I'm sure we'll be fine, but I've never done it alone. And the extra basketball I'm carrying up front, makes everything more difficult.
I'm sure I'll have some interesting travel tales to tell after tomorrow. Did I mention, that after we make the 2 hr flight to Houston, we still have to drive 3 hours to my parents house? Minor details. We should both be fully worn out by tomorrow evening.

Good for you. Enjoy your trip back with Eva. Hopefully a little southern comfort will take away some stress for you guys. Safe travels!
So excited for you. You definitely need this! I hope you get some good food, fun with family and rest!!
Fun times for mommy and Eva. The weather down here is super great, and I'm sure it's just as good in DeRidder. Tell Roger & Linda I said hello!
Isn't it funny that even as adults, it just feels better when "mom" takes care of things. Have fun visiting your family & soaking in the sunshine!!!
Hi Haley,
It's Randa from Liberty Church, Karen's friend. I have all four of you on my heart all the time. I thought I would take a moment to let you know of my thoughts and prayers. I hope the apartment move in went smoothly. It is time for something to!! Being from Mississippi, I just got back and it was a real spirit booster to see all the green and the flowers! I hope you loved every minute! Please remember that GOD knows all about this and HE has better things in store. It is just SO hard to wait! Especially when you have no money and you are doing what HE asked you to do! I have SO been there!! I am lifting all of you, hang onto HIM!
Much love and prayers,
Randa Baddley
