I'm not very motivated to blog right now, for some reason.  Maybe it's all the focus on getting things ready for our little guy to get here.  He should be here pretty soon, by the way.  I'm due 2 weeks from today, but I'm pretty sure I won't make it that long.  Don't worry, I'll keep you posted.  I'm also sure that my hubby is ready for me to not be pregnant anymore because my ice fetish is driving him crazy.  I have apologized lots because I know how annoying it is to hear people chomp on ice.  The ice is just beyond my control at this point!

Anyway, moving on... here are a few pictures of Eva's 3rd birthday.  Ryan's parents were here so we just celebrated with them.  Eva decided on 2 birthday themes, so I just combined them into one.  We had luau decorations and an "Ariel, The Little Mermaid" birthday cake.  Ariel would have enjoyed a luau, yes?
This is Eva closely examining one of her presents.
My poor attempt at an "Ariel" cake.  We were doing alright until we got to the facial details.  Needless to say, I won't be attempting any more faces in the near future.
Before Eva blew out her candle on her cake, we told her to make a wish.  She wished to be a princess.  How cute is that?!
Eva modeling her new "Sleeping Beauty" dress-up clothes.

That's all my brain can muster up today.  I'll try to be more productive, but I just can't make any promises right now.  :)

sweetness. she is just so tiny and cute. i mean, look at those itty bitty feet. love.

by the way, i think you did a fabulous job on ariel. i don't even attempt such things. i do things like stick a crown or a hot wheels on top of the regularly iced cake. ;) you did good.

A++ for effort on Ariel. I think you did a fabulous job. I bet Eva didn't even notice any of the facial details.

I think the cake is great! You are very brave to attempt an Ariel. I would have been too scared. lol

I can't believe Eva is already 3. Happy Birthday to your sweet girl and I can't wait to see pictures of your little guy.
