My sweet Eva

I do love that girl! Such a sweet soul. It's her bed time right now and Ryan is reading her story. He was in the middle of reading something when she declared she was ready for bed. When Ryan didn't move immediately, she said, "Daddy, I have to go to bed so I won't be mad tomorrow!"

She is such a good big sister! And I can hardly wait to watch her fall in love with #3. By the way, she is praying daily that Jesus will give her a baby sister. She's so excited and I love her for it!

Recently, Eva has introduced us to a new friend. Her name is Christina... and she is pretend. You may remember a few months ago, that Eva would talk to "Sister" in the mirror. Well now we have Christina, and she goes everywhere with us. We have to let Christina get in the car with us, and we leave roof for Christina when we're sitting down, and we ask Christina what she would like to eat. So far I haven't had to actually make a plate of food for Christina, but it's probably coming. Just so you know, Christina is 5 and is old enough for "big girl school". Although some days she's 7. It is really funny to hear my words come out when Eva is talking to Christina. Eva told Christina that she had to at least try to go potty before nap time so she wouldn't tinkle in the bed. She's also told her to wash her hands, brush her teeth, put on a sweater, and to be careful.

Anyway, I do love my sweet Eva. She is growing up way too fast. It's so hard to believe that she will be 4 yrs old a month from tomorrow. Sniff, sniff.
