As I am making a highly nutritious dinner of boxed mac and cheese tonight (don't judge!):
E: "Mommy, you make the best dinners! And you make the best breakfasts and lunches, too!"
She loves me. :) At least I did serve some vegetables on the side.

While talking to my mom on the phone, my mom was telling Eva about a cake my dad made. It is called a white chocolate bundt cake.
"Mommy, she said Papa made a white chocolate duck cake, I think."
I started dying laughing...
"Well, maybe she didn't say 'duck'. I don't know."

I was rolling on the floor because I thought she said "White Chocolate BUTT Cake!"
And just for the record, Papa doesn't usually make cakes but we were having a "Men's Dessert Night" at church. He won First Place with impartial judges who only had numbers to identify the cakes and not names! Goooooooo Papa!!! Great recipe, by the way!
