Super Exciting News

I got a phone call this morning about Eli's  appointment with the developmental pediatrician. The sweet social worker said that there had been a cancellation and wanted to offer us an appointment for NEXT WEEK!!! This is a month sooner than we'd originally planned. Beyond that, this appointment is scheduled with a full evaluation team (Psychologist, Developmental Pediatrician, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist). Our original appointment had been scheduled with only the DP and and Psych. I'm so, so, SO happy about it! We'd prayed that Eli would get an earlier appointment, but I  had resigned myself to wait until mid-September. 

I have been reminded yet again that God, who holds all things safely in His hand, loves my Eli even more than we do. I believe that God is going to continue to use Eli's life story to bring more glory to Himself. Praise Him!!!
