Sharing with the group

This morning I awoke feeling very tired. I don't feel great because of allergies and five months of little sleep. I could feel the grumpies taking over without my approval. I felt my complaining attitude. I hadn't voiced anything yet, but I had already said A LOT inside my little mind. With a bad attitude I decided to spend some time with Jesus.

He is so Merciful!

He speaks despite my bad attitude. What a Wonderful Counselor he is! I spent some time with the Isaiah 40:29-31 passage. Jesus and I did some ad-libing for this one this morning. I thought I'd share and hope that encourages you tired mamas today.

"He gives strength to the weary

and increases the power of the weak.

Even (mamas) grow tired and weary (from all the no-sleep, laundry, dishes, etc...)

and young men stumble and fall;

But those (mamas) who hope in the LORD

will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

they will run (after all those wee ones) and not grow weary,

they will walk and not be faint.

Praying that all of you are finding your strength in Him today. He is our Rock and our Fortress! Run to Him today if you're weary.
