This little girl wants to know, "If there's only one Jesus and only one God, how does he come and live in people's hearts?"
Excellent question.
I love the way that God is continuing to draw her heart. Tonight, she invited a little girl from next door to come to Easter service at our church.
Last week she also asked me what kind of food I thought there would be in Heaven. So cute! :)
I. LOVE. THIS. KID!
(I answered her question by telling her that when Jesus comes to live in our hearts, there's not actually a little person that comes to live in your heart. It's a part of Him. She asked if it was like part of his skin. :) I told her that it was his Spirit which is more like the wind.)
Jesus, thank you for allowing me to have these conversations with my baby girl. I feel unbelievably blessed to share You with her.

At dinner last night, Carter asked how God hears us when we pray.
Good question.
While I was trying to think of an appropriate response, Nick tells Carter that it's because God is omnipresent.
No joke.
I think Nick still has a ways to go in that whole "explaining-things-in-a-way-they'll-understand" department.
This little girl certainly keeps my mind thinking when I'm with her and hear her thoughts and questions. She never quits thinking about things! I'm glad she is thinking about God, not snakes!
I love her!!! Mimi
Lori, that is so funny!
