But this is a name I can embrace

Yesterday afternoon was like most every afternoon, except Eli was getting more and more aggressive in his play and he needed a lot of parenting attention. At one point I sent him to his room to calm down. After a few minutes, I went to talk to him and remind him that he needed to be nice. I looked at him and asked if he understood.

In the most serious voice and with the most repentant little face he said, "Yes your majesty."

Seriously, how do you not laugh at that?!? He certainly wasn't trying to be funny, he was just repeating something he's heard from one of Eva's princess movies no doubt. I had to turn my head to hide the snickers. 

Since I'm clearly the Queen, I've been looking for my servants that take care of the laundry. 

I think they must have quit. :-/
