How much do we love this?!

Ryan likes to occasionally make fun of me for getting the ABC catalog.  And I have to agree with him that there are some really silly and cheesy things in the catalog.  However,  this summer we found these polka dots.  How cute are they?!  The polka dots and the letters, which are in the bottom pictures, are kind of like wall paper.  Except you can stick them, peel them off, and move them around.  It's so fun!  Eva helped me stick all of the polka dots on.  That's why there isn't much of a pattern to it.  But she had so much fun.
(Note: In her old room we didn't have white walls, so the white letters were much easier to see.)

These pictures show the cork boards I made for Eva this summer, along with the canvases my cousin helped me paint this summer.  (One canvas says "dream", one says "imagine", and one says "play".) Then under that are stick on letters and numbers that I found at Target this summer.  We put the ABC's on one wall and the numbers 1-10 on the adjacent wall.

I hope you all enjoy the polka dots and letters as much as we do!  Happy Saturday!

What a cute and creative idea with the polk-a-dots! I love it! I'll bet Eva loves her new room!

Potty-training question: Does Eva use a baby potty or did you just put one of those little training seats on the big potty?

Yes, those are individual letters and numbers. And the package comes with 4 of each letter and 3 or each number. So after I did the alphabet, I made some words randomly on her wall (you can't really see them in the pictures). Target, baby! I think they had some in primary colors which would be good for boys. I found these over by the light switches and cabinet knobs and all that technical type stuff.

WE LOVE THIS! Haha! What a great way to spice up an apartment bedroom! I love that Eva helped you place exactly where she wanted! I love the look she is giving in that one picture. :)
