My new favorite place!

This is my new favorite place.  It's called City Market and it's a really big farmer's market here in Kansas City.
We went there this weekend because we needed some fun family time.  It was so great.  We had been telling Eva that she could get a pumpkin or "punkim" as she says.  She fell asleep in the car on the way there, and was asleep in her stroller for a few minutes.  As soon as her little eyes caught a little glimpse of those punkims, she was up and ready to go.  Let me just tell you about my new found love for the farmer's market.  We spent $12 and got: a loaf of banana bread, a bag of oranges, a bag of Missouri apples, limes, bell peppers, and Eva's punkim.  How great is that?  So find your local farmer's market and get some good deals and support your local farmer!  Next time I go I'll take a picture of all of the interesting people I see.  It'll be a post in and of itself.  :)

Look at our little scare crow
She got to jump with her daddy on the bouncy thing.  Let me tell you.  She wouldn't eat lunch because she wanted to jump so badly.
This is our cute little "punkim" enjoying the lovely Fall weather on our tiny porch.   She's playing soccer, she says.
We picked out a pumpkin at the Farmer's Market and colored it when we got home.  We were both covered in the whole spectrum of colors by the end of our craft time.

Showing off her pumpkin.

Look how big Eva is! Oh my...time has really flown.

I so wish there was a good farmer's market in FW...I think there is in Dallas, but who wants to drive to Big D on a Saturday morning? Regardless, it looks like you all have a great one! How cool. Enjoy it. :)
