A picture day

It's time for some more pictures!
This picture (which I think was taken by my fabulous mother-in-law) shows Eva and her "Ty-ty" cheering upon receiving the news that Eli had been born. I just L-O-V-E this picture. It makes my heart so happy.
This picture was also taken by one of my in-laws and I had never seen it (that I remember anyway) and I love this first picture of our new family.

Uncle Russ recently sent Eli his first piece of LSU paraphernalia and I can hardly wait for Eli to wear it. By the looks of it, it won't be long! This onesie is 3-6 month size. Ha! We noticed tonight that his 0-3 month clothing is starting to get to small length-wise.

I took this picture to mark Eli's one month birthday this last weekend. Then I looked at the picture and laughed because he looks like he's almost as big as 3 yr. old Eva!

On a non-baby related note, this is how we found Eva the other day when we needed to wake her up from her nap. We laughed and grabbed the camera. You may also notice that her curtains are pulled back some. She likes to look out her window instead of sleeping. Occasionally she comes out to tell us she us afraid of something. Most of the time that "something" has been seen while looking outside. Drives us crazy! But she's so cute when she sleeps. :)

Thanks for the pics.

Just looking at Eva in her bed with the polka dots on the wall reminds me of how when we would ask her what we needed to pray for when saying our prayers at night, she would say, "My polka dots!" I'm assuming she does not say that any more--at least she didn't while I was there a few weeks ago. But what a precious memory!

Love to all

I love remembering Eli's birth! We were so excited. Eva could not wait to see her little brudder. "Can I see him now? When can I see him? Where is he?" Such a fun time and memories. Eva in her bed is so sweet!
