I know that everyone in the country says that their weather is crazy... but seriously? It was 80 degrees on Saturday and it has since snowed twice. Monday night it snowed. Yesterday I wore capris and flip-flops. Today sleet and snow. Crazy! Eva was not a fan of all the snow hitting her in the face. But it was sooo pretty. I didn't get any pictures, because when I got home, it was mostly back to sleet. Bummer!
Also when we got home, I got out of the car and started to walk around the car and was met face to face with a big black dog. It made me jump, but the dog seemed fairly friendly. It was wearing a collar, so I figured it was maybe lost or something. It wouldn't get out of our garage though. So, I went ahead and opened Eva's door to get her out. After I picked her up and turned around, the dog came up to us and jumped up on me. This TERRIFIED Eva. She started screaming and crying. I was being a little leery of the dog anyway, but after she started crying, I was worried that it was going to scare the dog. So, I tried to hurry inside and keep the dog from coming inside our house. I had to leave the garage door up, but I went out later and didn't see the dog so I shut it. We'll see in the morning if that dog was hiding under my car or something.
Eva finally calmed down and was playing on the phone. She pushed a few buttons then said, "Hello. Doggy up. Doggy, mommy, Eva." I thought it was really funny that she was telling her imaginary friend about her encounter with the dog. I had to laugh out loud.
