After another delay yesterday, my babies finally made it home from Tulsa around 8:30 last night. What a long day for all of us. I think it may take Eva a while to recover. Especially since we are leaving tomorrow morning driving to Louisiana to see my family. Hopefully she can get back into her routine quickly next week.
I did have a great time with my daddy though. It's been a really long time since he and I have had that kind of quality time. We had fun. He helped me finish painting the entry way into our home. And he only spilled the paint once! ;) It was so funny, I could not stop laughing. He was moving the ladder and there was a container of paint on the top of it and he forgot that there was a light fixture hanging down. The paint hit the light fixture and just tumbled down and splattered everywhere! It was hilarious! It landed mostly on the tile, so it was an easy clean-up. He might beat me for telling that story. I should have grabbed the camera, but I was laughing too hard. We both had paint all over our clothes after that. Great times. :)
I'll have fun Easter pictures after the weekend. Until then...
